Dear friends, fellow yogis, and brave explorers,

We are facing immense challenges in this new world. Our daily lives have been uprooted as we work, play, and teach from home. Even those of us who continue to work essentially often have few outlets other than our place of employment.

With this "new normal" in mind, I have created a platform for virtual and On -Demand yoga classes. My goal is to keep bringing yoga into our lives while continuing to challenge our bodies and minds. I feel passionately this is the way I am meant to show up during these difficult times.

I hope you will join me on my new Namastream platform. We will seek beautiful movements in various shapes while we explore together, laugh together, and breathe together.

Virtual classes will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. If you cannot make it to a virtual class or you would like to revisit a particular class, they will all be On Demand and available for you to take at any time, whenever you are ready.
